Phil's Salesforce Tip of the Week and Multi-Org Experience – Phil’s Salesforce Tip of the Week #402

As I visited the Salesforce Help site this week I was greeted by a new message informing me that Salesforce had made a number of updates to link the Id and provide a new multi-org experience. This will now link together all of your orgs into a single identification, your Id, and allow you to access help, create cases and switch between orgs easily. Multi-Org Help

For those of us working in multiple environments it will make it much easier to log into environments and manage help cases between orgs. Salesforce have been migrating more and more to utilising the id over the past 6 months and this is another great feature to save us some headaches in managing many environments. You can read more about the change here.
