New Nonprofit Success Pack Trailhead module – Phil’s Salesforce Tip of the Week #407

Phil's Salesforce Tip of the Week

Salesforce launched a new Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) module on Trailhead this week – Nonprofit Success Pack Basics. The module is focussed on helping you get to grips with the basics of the NPSP and organising your data within the pack.

Nonprofit Success Pack Basics Badge

I am a big fan of the Nonprofit Success Pack and earlier this year myself and our CTO Neel attained the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification. You can read a write up on some tips and our experience here. If you are just starting out with NPSP or haven’t used it before and are interested in how it works I highly recommend you taking a look into this badge.

JavaScript Developer I Exam – Passed!

In last week’s blog I mentioned the new JavaScript Developer I certification from Salesforce. Well congratulations to our COO Paul who this week sat and passed the exam portion of this and is now working away on the Superbadge component. He has promised us a detailed write up soon once he is fully certified.

Guest Suggestion – Einstein Designer Blog

This is a suggestion passed to me by our COO Paul – here is what he wanted to share:

I came across this fantastic blog from the Salesforce UX R&D Team talking about how they are using machine learning to help improve UX design and discussing Einstein Designer. AI and machine learning are great interests of mine and I am really excited to again see Salesforce innovating in this space and doing something different. Not the simplest of reads but well worth 20 minutes of your day.

If you enjoyed this then why not sign up to receive the tip of the week email every week?
