Tip 1 – Person Accounts
The majority of Salesforce users use standard Accounts and Contacts, but if you are a B2C user you may have considered changing over to Person Accounts. Tip 2 – Have you tried Quip yet?
Quip is an online collaborative tool that was purchased by Salesforce in 2016. We have recommended it to a couple of our Clients, so I think you should take a look too if you haven’t already. There are now some Quip trails on Trailhead, including the Quip & Salesforce integration where things really get interesting.
