Forcewest – A Salesforce.com networking group for the South West.
Desynit would like to invite you to the next meeting of their free Bristol-based Salesforce.com business networking group, Forcewest. We will be meeting on Thursday July 11, from 6pm, at The Elephant, Bristol. Here are some details about the great content and guests that we have lined up for you…
Salesforce SOS – Where to get answers for free, and when it pays to pay
Do any of these statements look familiar?
“I want to send out marketing campaigns straight from Salesforce. How do I do that?”
“I need to create a report and I just can’t get this to work”
“I need to attach emails to contacts.”
“I’ve got a pad full of niggles by the side of my laptop. Who can I ask?”
“Salesforce doesn’t work! No one is using it. I need help.”
Salesforce is designed so that anyone can get it up and running straight out of the box. The really difficult part is moulding the system to fit your business. If you have a small budget and no in house IT resource, how do you get the answers you need to make your system deliver what you need?
We have some great guests to take us through the solutions. Phil Walton, the AppExchange’s No 1 consultant will start off by talking us through the support options out there. You will learn what represents a quick fix question and where to get answers for free using blogs, forums, apps etc. Phil will also discuss what a bigger issue looks like, and when it pays to bring in some outside expertise.
Phil will then be joined by a panel of experts from the Salesforce community, and we will open up the floor for you to pose your own questions. If you need answers right now then you can tweet your questions @desynit using #AskDesynit
