Tip 1 – Your ideas implemented in Summer ’17

In the next release Salesforce are implementing 29 Ideas that people like you and me are suggesting on the IdeaExchange. This release is a great example of why we should all register our ideas, and vote on other Ideas we like/loath. One of the implemented Ideas had just 1 vote!! (And that is automatically added to register that you are voting for your own Idea). And another Idea (‘Linking Campaigns directly to Accounts’) is 10 years old and the constant voting has finally had it’s impact.

So next time you have an idea about something that is missing in Salesforce, or does not work as you would like, register it here!

Tip 2 – Fancy a trip around Liverpool Football Club?

Despite supporting another big club from Manchester…my North England User Group will be heading to Anfield, the home of Liverpool FC on 13th July with our friends at NewVoiceMedia. We are just finalising details but it promises to be a full day of tech, Salesforce, football, and food, so if you are interested make sure you join our Success Community group so you can receive notification as soon as it goes live.

(And yes I will be hiding my Man Utd kit under my suit!).

Tip 3 – Watch more TED Talks

TED has been around for over 30 years now, and I decided to take a look again at some of the highlights from that period, if you get an 18 minute break at lunch today why not do the same? Why not look at the Dreamforce favourite Tony Robbins, or this AI related talk from Gary Kasparov, to get you started.
