Tip 1 – It’s never too early to plan for Dreamforce!
Dreamforce is not until October, but if you want to nominate yourself to stand and present in front of hundreds (or thousands) of your peers…then now is the time to start thinking about that tempting prospect. The call for presentations for the Admin Track will open on 1st May. So get thinking now, what topics do you know well, what topics do you think have not been done before, what can you add that is a new perspective? Take a look here for the official announcement.
I can promise you it will be a bit of hard work preparing your subject, your slides, and practicing your presentation. I can promise you may even be nervous, perhaps even terrified. But I can promise it may be one of the most rewarding things you can do in your career! So take a risk. Oh, and you will also get a free Dreamforce pass 🙂
Tip 2 – Amsterdam, Melbourne, and Apttus Accelerate
What a busy week for international Salesforce events. I could only make it in person to the Amsterdam World Tour, but here is a nice & familiar infographic from my fellow British MVP in Brisbane, Australia “25 People you should meet at Salesforce World Tour Melbourne (if you could travel faster than light and if you wanted to come home to an empty house!)”.
Tip 3 – Big news
Hopefully you have registered for the London World Tour event (May 19th) already if you are in or around the UK? I will announce some big news about the event here shortly…well I am excited about it…I think you will be too…
