Tip 2 – EU2 issues
Anyone using the EU2 instance of Salesforce in EMEA may have noticed issues yesterday. It looks like it was due to a ‘hardware failure within the storage tier’. If you do think you see issues with performance, keep an eye on the trust.salesforce.com site, also it is worth posting your queries on Twitter with the hashtag #askforce or mention @asksalesforce These things do happen…but they are a lot easier to manage when you are made aware of them!
