Tip #1  Spring ’15 Release is on it’s way
It really does not feel like spring, but it is time to vote for the logo you want to see on the next Salesforce release. Take a look below, then go to the ‘Success – Release readiness‘ group to vote (scroll down to the post from 10th Nov). Voting closes TODAY!

Tip #2 The Salesforce Communities and events YOU should join!
Are you a Developer, a System Admin, work at a Non Profit company, a wannabe ‘GirlyGeek’? Or a mix of several of them? Many Salesforce communities exist to cover one requirement, but you should not feel that you can only be a part of one! If you are in the UK/Ireland, here is a link of ALL the relevant Communities and events that you could join. If you are elsewhere in the world, hopefully this at least may tempt you to search out alternative groups. Be brave!

Tip #3 2 further events to highlight
If you can make it to New York on 19th Nov, you can join in the first of the Salesforce World Tour events (post-Dreamforce). I hope to be there for the next NYC event next Summer.
And in Manchester on 3rd December, I will be hosting the North England User Group, with the help of FinancialForce and several special guests.

Tip #4 Winter ’15 exams
Are you Salesforce certified? If so, and if you are more organised than me, then the Winter ’15 maintenance exams are now available. Here is a link to the training. Thanks to Chris Edwards (who is more organised than me) for pointing out that the format is slightly different this time, with the Developer exam having questions on new features AND existing features. Trying to slip us up ehh?
