A double-whammy for you this week, one helpful video, and a new App to help you run your Support Dept:
You may have heard of Desk.com, it’s a relatively new App which can either be a stand-alone application, or integrated with Salesforce.com. They offer a free licence for one User per Company (as long as you add your credit card details – I have asked them to change this, but we will see!). Which means you can set up a Service website, with your company details, your knowledge base, and more importantly a place for your customers to log support issues. Then you can either view and manage the Cases in a web console, or view them direct in your Salesforce Org. Highly recommended.
